Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges are covered in detail in Clauses 9 to 11 of our Terms & Conditions.

Artificially Real strictly adhere to Australian Consumer Guarantee Law.

In brief, if goods provided by Artificially Real are faulty, we will replace, repair or refund within a reasonable time at our cost unless that fault has been the result of misuse or mishandling by the recipient or once possession has passed to the recipient.

Returns or exchanges will not be provided in the case of a change of mind.

No returns should be sent without the written approval of Artificially Real personnel.

Any claims should be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
